Surveys
-
What is a survey?
A survey consists of multiple questions and serves to obtain systematic information about positions, opinions, knowledge, and behaviors of people. With Voycer you can quickly and easily create a survey at any time. Our unique query tool also allows you to categorize each question. These questions can then be automatically sent to those in your address book that have been defined by you to be interested in the certain categories. Using Voycer survey tools you can perform a reliable statistical analysis once your survey has been answered.
-
What are question types?
A question type is one of the 14 question types that the survey tool offers. It consists of the question and the format for answering the question, e.g. a question with a list of possible answers, or a question that compares different product attributes.
-
What are required questions in surveys?
When creating a survey, you can decide to make some questions require an answer. Without answering these questions, the survey cannot be completed. Required questions bypass filters, this means they cannot be skipped or put out of view.
-
What is a filter?
A filter allows you to hide one or several questions. You can use multiple filters in a survey, as long as the filter does not overlap between questions. Please note that 'required' questions cannot have filters, as this could generate a conflict in the system. For example, if a 'required' question is hidden by a filter, the system will require the respondent to answer it, even though it is no longer available.
-
What is an end date?
If you want your survey to end on a specific day, you need to specify an end date. You may choose if you want to have your voting automatically end on a certain date or not. You can change the end date at any time, but it cannot be deleted.
