    No way man ... they took MU down? Wow, didn't know that ... that's pretty much BS, whenever copyright infringement was reported, they would immediately shut down the files. Furthermore they did not feature a library to search for files but were merely providing hosting.

    Now, it depends on the details of what Kimble and co were doing but it's a pitty it's shut down ...

    The operators of mega upload should not be held responsible for what its users upload.
    To make profit through advertising is not illegal, or has the U.S. government already changed that too?
